31 Days of Running {Day 3}

11.5 hours at the office followed by a 1.25 mile run with my 2 best girl friends! Weee! I am still super tired though. I remember starting running always makes me exhausted, so I’m just muscling through it for now. Speaking of… I should be in bed! (Is this the official mark of being old – a 9pm bedtime?)

Have a great evening y’all!

Day 1 – 2 miles
Day 2 – 3 miles
Day 3 – 1.25 miles

About anestinthemaking

Hi! I'm Kristi! I'm a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend. I'm a newbie to sewing and blogging, but I'm excited to get started! Sewing is the first hobby I've really had in a long time. In high school, I sang, I played the piano, I played in the band, I wrote in journals. I went off to college, got married, started a family, and lived a life without hobbies. How boring?! Then I started reading blogs. One thing led to another and soon I was at my co-worker's house borrowing her sewing machine! I haven't looked back since! Sewing is a release for me. It's so much fun to create beautiful and useful things. It's fun to be learning something new, and it's fun to share it with you! So welcome! Take a look around, and let me know you're here! I love to meet people and respond to every message I get! And I can't wait to meet you!

  1. You’re doing so great! I’m a beginning run/walk/trot kind of gal 🙂 Ha! But, I’m working on it. Slowly but surely… Great topic!

    I blog at “Only a Breath” and would love for you to stop by if you have time! I’m writing about “31 Days to Love Your Neighbor”. It has been a very interesting journey to say the least! 🙂

    Have a great day!

  2. Way to go! Today, I didn’t want to run because my allergies were making me dizzy from all the congestion and sinus pressure and I was really tired. But, my hubby said “Well, you can always turn around and come home if you need to” and that was the motivation I needed to just get out the door and run, even if I could only run around the block.
