So here is my thought process… are you ready for it? This is me being 100% honest!
Ooo! 31 days! This is what got me in to blogging and reading blogs! This is how i found to blogosphere! Oh wow! Have I been reading blogs for a year now? I guess I have! Neat! Anyway, 31 days! And we get to participate? Cool! What should I do? What do I need accountability on? That’s a good place to start. Let’s make a list, shall we?
31 days of…
- cooking at home
- purging (the house… silly people)
- organizing the office
- finishing projects
- cleaning the house (for real… not just talking about it)
- crafting with what I have
- meaningful time with the family
- letter writing
- being outside
- ideas for 31 days series
See what I mean? So many ideas! And I want to do them all! But I’m not very good at committment or follow through. Oo! Add 31 days of following through on commitments to the list!
Here’s a random aside. I signed up for a 10k. I’ve never ran more than 3 miles. Ever. The 10k is in November. I HAVE to work at the running or it won’t happen. So how about, 31 days of running.
Do I really want to commit to this? Is this something you really want to read?
To answer those questions, yes. I want to commit to this and I need to. And do you really want to read this? No, probably not. But it will get me in the habit of coming back here and writing, and that can only be good for coming up with different content which has been difficult since the loss of my mother.
So here we go. Here’s my pledge to 31 days of running and posting about it.
Also (I always have an also, don’t I?), stop by one of the 31 Days Blogs to see the full list of people joining in! Here is Jen’s link up. She also has links to the hosts on that post as well. Enjoy!
Wait! I have another “also!” I made a button? Really? All by myself! Can I tell you how proud I am! Add 31 Days of Playing with Picnik to the list please… or 31 Days of Gloating at my Awesomeness…
